Have bought several vehicles throughout the years from Rogers Toyota. Have always had a great experience. Staff have helped me with financing and easily are able to answer my questions. The car I just purchased was with salesman, Sour. Sour has always stopped to say hi and ask how I was doing even though he had not sold me a car prior. Thus, this car I chose to have him as my salesman due to his AMAZING customer service.

Duncan Otoupalik was the sales professional who assisted my husband and me. After asking what our vehicle needs were, Duncan took us directly to the vehicles we asked to see. We enjoyed the freedom to test drive vehicles on our own. Duncan answered every question we had about the Tundra models electronics, drive modes, turbos, interior buttons, exterior tailgate with step, paint, mirrors, and even additional equipment we might order. He is very friendly. We learned about his upbringing and new family life. The Toyota facility is super clean. We had a nice tour. All Toyota staff greeted us with smiles and helpful advice. We are now Facebook friends with Duncan. He posted a nice picture of us with our new 2026 Tundra. Duncan is continuing to help us with any questions after taking the Tundra home. He is also helping set-up appointments for additional equipment we need added to the truck. We had fun shopping at Rogers Toyota of Lewiston.

Kyle Hoffman made purchasing my new Tacoma a breeze. He answered all my question via text and phone call (on a Sunday night). I can’t say enough good things about Rogers Toyota in Lewiston. I had an issue with my Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires, and even after the tire manufacturer decided not to warranty the full set, Rogers Toyota stepped up in a big way. The Parts Department absolutely took care of me, and Aaron handled everything from start to finish. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and made sure I was taken care of no matter what. That level of service is rare these days. Rogers Toyota went above and beyond, didn’t pass the buck, and didn’t leave me hanging. They stood behind their customer and made it right. Their customer service, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients truly sets them apart. Purchased a vehicle on December 30th and Trevor Desmukes was my salesman. The process was simple and Trevor had no problems assisting me in whatever I asked. Although I couldn't get the cost down a bit more, there service and professionalism accounted for the additional expenses. Rogers Toyota has always had great customer service. Keith in the Service Department was very helpful. Duncan in Sales was very helpful and good to work with us. Came in for an oil change and left with a 2024 Grand Highlander. Most we ever paid for an oil change. (LOL)

After extensive research we decided on purchacing a Toyota Crown Platinum. So, the journey began. I contacted most of the Toyota delearships in the states of Washington and Idaho looking for a Crown. It was exhausting. Some refused to give me a price, some would not give me a price unless I came in person, and some would not give me a price until I answered questions on income, trade in, budget, payments ect. The search continued for 4 plus weeks until I contacted Rodgers Toyota in Lewiston, Idaho some 2 1/2 hours away. After making an inquiry on the red Crown Platinum they had in stock I got a call from salesperson Ryan Lemanski. I told him of my frustrating journey to purchase a Crown, and I told him, I just wanted a number on the cost of the Crown and the 10 year warranty. He came back with a number on the car and warranty and said here is our best price. It beat everybody else by a large margin and there were no bs questions on income, budget, test drive ect. I told him we would take the car. We completed the paperwork online and by phone and I told him we would make to make arrangements to come pick the car up as we were 2 1/2 hours away. Now this is where it gets even better. Ryan said, after I get off work I will bring the car to your house. He not only brought the car to our house after hours, he spent almost two hours with us setting up the car and explaining how everything works. Being older and asking many questions, he was very patient with us making sure we understood everything. We appreciated his patience immensely. I have never ever been treated this good by a car dealership and salesperson in my life. Ryan was professional, understanding, and very patient. He certainly represents Toyota and Rogers Toyota of Lewiston, Idaho professionally and they are lucky to have him. He certainly deserves a raise. Other Toyota dealerships and sales people could certainy learn a few things from them. Thank you Rodgers Toyota of Lewiston Idaho, you are very much appreciated.

Jacob Covey and Deven hooked me up with a new Tacoma, no pressure, kept me up to date on the vehicle delivery. They gave me a great price and delivered in a timely fashion. My mom has a 95 tacoma in the same color. They made sure to take a picture next to hers she bought there 30 years ago. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen.

I had an outstanding experience with purchasing a 2026 Toyota Tundra from Rogers Toyota of Lewiston. I had the good fortune of working with two salesmen. Both Bill Sour Swindoll and Deven Andrus were great! They were very knowledgeable about their product. After their help I went into the Toyota finance dept. Tyler Tschache is very good at his job. He helped with all the paperwork. He was patient with me because I asked a lot of questions. This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from them. I highly recommend Rogers Toyota of Lewiston!

FROM SHOPPING FOR A CAR I FOUND ONE I WANTED TOO LOOK AT CALLED BY PHONE ASK MANY QUESTIONS OF ISSAC AND GOT ANSWER THAT MADE ME DRIVE AND LOOK AT IT. THE DRIVE IS 25 MILES GOT THERE I STOP TO LOOK AT THE CAR AND ERIC WAS VERY KIND AND SHOWED ME ALL THE FEATURES AND NO PRESSURE AT ALL. I WENT IN TO START REAL TALK ABOUT BUYING THE KIA FORTE, ISSAC LET ME GO ON A TEST DRIVE AND RAN THE KIA ON DIFFERANT OADS SPED CURVES. I THEN STARTED TO PRICE OF THE CAR PHASE. WE DID THE BACK AND FORTH DEALING ON PRICE AND CAME TO AGREEMENT. THE NEXT STPS OF PAPER WORK AND EXCHANGE OF FUNDS THIS LADY KNEW HER JOB WELL HANDLED I WAS DONE IN 20 MINUTES. PICK THE CAR UP NEXT DAY AD IT VERY NICE LOOKING. ALL STAS FOR EVERYONE AT ROGERS TOYOTA
